At the SPS 2022, SIGMATEK will introduce hardware-independent software products for automating intralogistics. The SIGMATEK Traffic Control System (TCS) enables the integration of autonomous mobile robots (AMR), regardless of their brand, into common automated guided vehicle systems (AGV) as well as their connection to the surrounding IT and automation systems.

SIGMATEK offers a variety of thin, fanless 7-HMIs, which allow operation in a modern design and with OPC UA, they are ready for IIOT. Depending on the requirement, you can choose between resistive single- or projective capacitive multi-touch screens, various processors, resolutions and IP protection types. The ETT panels are equipped with numerous interfaces, such as Ethernet, CAN, and USB. Several modules have RS232/Modbus or TTY.

In SIGMATEK's HTML5-based visualization tool, the LASAL VISUDesigner, two new controls are available to make life easier for the user: the Data Logger for process analysis and the Interpreter for graphically configuring individual motion sequences.

Web visualization stands for innovation and flexibility. With the LASAL VISUDesigner, not only can the resolution and aspect ratio of the application be easily adjusted, the “View” option can also be flexibly defined.

Sigmatek Panels are Equipped with high visualization power, the ETT 1064 and 1264 multi-touch panels provide a positive operator experience on any machine – especially with demanding HTML5 visualizations. A powerful EDGE3 technology processor with four precisely synchronized processor cores (4x 1.6 GHz) enables fluid page construction for (web-) visualization. With 2 GB DDR4 RAM and 8 GB eMMC, sufficient memory is available.

Transparency and Protection with the Digital Nameplate. SIGMATEK system components have already been using digital nameplates for many years. Here, product-relevant information is stored, such as the article description, serial number, hardware version, display size, memory structure, MAC address and much more – including checksums over the entire data set to ensure validity.

Over the years, the “Rubik’s Cube” has been a source of distress for many people: Thanks to the Rubik’s Cube Solver, created by three students of the HTL Saalfelden, the complex cube solves itself – fully automatic in the shortest time. The young engineers were supported with the project by the automation expert SIGMATEK.

With a robust, yet elegantly designed stainless steel front in IP65 protection, the 7” build-in panel ETT 736 is the right choice for applications with strict hygiene requirements. Examples of this are the pharma, food and packaging industries.

To enable system operators to move even more freely along the production line, SIGMATEK has developed the “Wireless Roaming Feature” for wireless HMIs.
