From 3 to 7 March 2026 in Las Vegas, Danfoss Power Solutions will showcase technologies for mobile construction equipment, covering hydraulics, eHydraulics, electrification, digitalization, autonomy, and embedded software. The exhibition emphasizes how integrated subsystems improve machine efficiency, controllability, and productivity.
Context of the exhibition
Construction machinery manufacturers are addressing rising energy costs, stricter emissions targets, electrification requirements, and operator availability constraints. These challenges are accelerating the shift toward integrated system architectures that combine hydraulics, electric drives, and software-based control.
Danfoss positions its CONEXPO 2026 presence around this system-level approach, highlighting how coordinated subsystems can optimize performance across different machine platforms.
System architecture and technical scope
At booth S80614, Danfoss will display more than 100 products organized by their role within four core machine subsystems: propulsion, steering, working hydraulics, and control. A central exhibit compares two wheel loader architectures—one based on a modern hydraulic drivetrain and the other on an electric drivetrain—to illustrate how Danfoss components operate together as a unified system.
A newly developed steering simulator will allow visitors to evaluate steering response, controllability, and operator comfort enabled by advanced Danfoss steering technologies.
eHydraulics, software, and electrification
eHydraulics represents a major focus of the exhibition. Solutions such as the Danfoss ePump and eTraction systems demonstrate how electric actuation combined with advanced control logic can improve energy efficiency and dynamic response. These systems leverage PLUS+1® software for system integration, control optimization, and diagnostics.
In parallel with the exhibition, Danfoss specialists will contribute to the National Fluid Power Association Advanced Hydraulics Conference, held alongside CONEXPO. Technical presentations will address topics including digital hydraulics for battery-electric excavators, performance optimization of eHydraulic systems, and model-based efficiency analysis.
New products and portfolio expansion
CONEXPO 2026 will also serve as the launch platform for several new Danfoss products, including the BMV Integrated Drive Motor, the FC619C Corrugated Suction Hose, the ICMB Industrial Cam Lobe Motor, and upcoming additions to the PVG valve family. Recently introduced products across hydraulics and electrification will be displayed throughout the booth.
Applications and expected impact
The showcased solutions are designed for a wide range of construction machinery, including excavators, loaders, and multifunction equipment. By combining hydraulic, electric, and digital technologies within coordinated system architectures, Danfoss aims to support higher efficiency, improved machine controllability, and scalable electrification pathways for current and next-generation equipment.
Danfoss Power Solutions will exhibit at CONEXPO 2026 in Las Vegas, booth S80614, where technical teams will be available to discuss machine development, system integration, and application-specific requirements.
