BCN3D and Italian distributor CREA3D are pleased to announce their partnership with a Distribution Agreement to boost growth in the Italian market. The characteristics of the Italian people interested in 3D printing vary a lot and now many innovators, designers and other companies will be able to access BCN3D's 3D printer portfolio.

This BCN3D portfolio differs from the rest of the competitors with one strong point: higher volume of printing per piece because of the disruptive IDEX technology. This Independent Dual Extruder system allows customers to double printing production capacity compared to conventional desktop 3D printers.

Since 2013, CREA3D has been providing professional solutions for 3D printing of plastics and metals through B2B and B2C channels. Over the last years, CREA3D has built a strong presence both online and offline, due to its modern online store and its resellers network in Italy.

Today Crea3D® is a registered trademark known outside the Italian market, with three other business units dealing with services, design, production of 3D technologies and solutions for the medical sector.

Thanks to this new strategic partnership, all industries and professionals will benefit from the best of BCN3D and CREA3D: cutting-edge technology and high-quality after-sales service.

Bartolomeo Paparella, CEO of CREA3D said: “We are really excited about this new collaboration with BCN3D. From the beginning, our goal has always been to provide professional solutions at affordable prices. The BCN3D team is young, dynamic, with a willingness to constantly innovate, stating in a very short time their position in the global 3D printing market. By adding BCN3D products to our portfolio, we will be able to expand our offer, always guaranteeing companies and professionals up-to-date high-quality solutions”.

The BCN3D 3D printer portfolio ensures maximum efficiency with the BCN3D Sigma and Sigmax desktop machines, as well as with the BCN3D Epsilon, a professional workbench 3D printer designed to meet the highest demands in the most demanding professional environments where the highest volume of 3D printing is required.

“We are pleased to cooperate with CREA3D, an alliance which will support us in increasing the sales in the Italian market, where there is a high potential for the IDEX system and the distinctive duplication, mirror and multi material printing modes. Their considerable experience in additive manufacturing, combined with a top-quality technical know-how makes CREA3D the right fit to help us grow and serve Italian customers in the best possible way”, stated Xavier Martínez Faneca, CEO of BCN3D.

BCN3D IDEX’s technology

BCN3D’s 3D printers use an Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) system for printing multiple materials in the same job, or, and here’s why it rules, simultaneously. For boosting productivity, our machines boast a few print modes that put both print heads to work at the same time, increasing output without skipping a beat.

3D printing is gaining in popularity and is increasingly used in various industries. The popularity of 3D printers also drives the development of the entire 3D printing industry and increases the range of applications. They are becoming more and more commonplace. As their popularity grows, the number of applications increases. They are mainly used for prototypes and models.
