Dunkermotoren and nexofox will be exhibiting at LogiMAT 2024

LogiMAT in Stuttgart is regarded as the industry meeting place for the world of intralogistics and process management. From March 19 – 21, 2024, Dunkermotoren, a brand of AMETEK, will be on stage in hall 7 stand B09 as a long-standing partner of the intralogistics industry and is set to impress with its known high quality and flexibility.

Among other things, Dunkermotoren will be presenting the PLG 75 SL ServoLine gearbox. With a service life of >20,000 hours, it is the perfect match for durable DC servomotors. As a complete motor-gearbox solution, this combination will drive applications with high cycle rates. Reliability, high torque, and high efficiency characterize the PLG 75 SL.

Dunkermotoren's digital brand nexofox will also be represented at the stand showing its latest innovation. nexoLink is a new module for easy integration of all Dunkermotoren IIoT motors and is, thus, the basis for your smart factory. Module extensions within nexoLink are available including Smart Diagnostics and Predictive Maintenance. These are used for sensor less monitoring of gearbox wear as an indicator for the overall drive service life.

In the hardware area, nexofox is also making rapid progress. In addition to the existing BGE 5510 dPro external controller, the BGE 8060 dPro is joining the controller family as a powerful addition to the portfolio.

Since mid-2023, the Dunkermotoren drive portfolio has offered more extensive development options for driverless transport systems (AGVs and AMRs) with the NG 1000 WO hub gearbox. In combination with the BG 95 dPro, the overall solution is just 95 mm high and, thanks to the axle offset, enables vehicles with a minimum width of just 600 mm and a possible total weight of four tons. Versions with reduced gear backlash allow particularly precise positioning of the vehicle. Finally, due to the availability of low-noise gearbox versions, mobile and self-propelled devices such as MRI or X-ray machines can now be conquered in the medical sector.
