Rugged panel PCs for washdown and edge AI use

Vecow has extended its industrial panel PC range with two complementary product lines: the IP69K-rated stainless steel STC-7000 Series for washdown-intensive environments and the ARM-based MTA-1000W Series for industrial HMI and edge AI applications. Together, the platforms cover display sizes from 10 inches to 21.5 inches and address use cases ranging from extreme industrial conditions to intelligent edge computing.

Stainless steel panel PCs for harsh environments
The STC-7000 Series is designed for applications requiring high resistance to water, chemicals, and frequent cleaning. The systems feature full stainless steel enclosures and are certified to IP69K and IP68 protection levels, making them suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical production, and chemical plants.

The series is available with display sizes from 10 inches to 21.5 inches and uses a true-flat projected capacitive multi-touch screen that simplifies cleaning and prevents residue buildup. Computing performance is provided by 12th generation Intel Core i7, i5, or i3 P-series processors. Industrial connectivity is implemented via M12 connectors for USB, LAN, and serial interfaces, while VESA mounting support allows flexible installation in production environments.

ARM-based platforms for industrial HMI and edge AI
The updated MTA-1000W Series targets industrial HMI and IoT deployments that require low power consumption and on-device intelligence. The portfolio now includes the existing 10.1-inch MTA-1010W and the newly added 21.5-inch MTA-1021W, extending the series to larger-format displays.

These fanless systems support 10-point projected capacitive multi-touch and deliver up to 2.3 TOPS of AI performance for local inference tasks. Networking capabilities include dual Gigabit Ethernet with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) support, with optional CAN-FD and GPIO expansion for industrial integration. A wide 9 V to 55 V DC power input range supports deployment in varied electrical environments, and Ubuntu 22.04 is supported for application development and system integration.
