Trade fair appearance at the Hannover Messe - Dunkermotoren, EGS Automation and MAE represented together

The world's most important industrial trade fair - the HMI in Hanover - is the place to be for leading companies in the automation industry.

Dunkermotoren is also represented together with its subsidiary EGS Automation and its sister company MAE. In Hall 6 at Stand F47, the three companies will present their highlights.

Dunkermotoren is focusing on the smart BLDC motor series "dPro", which is available from 20...5000 W with Bus and Ethernet interfaces. The smart BLDC motors are protagonist around the developments of IIoT, networking and digitalization. With the launch of nexofox in 2021, Dunkermotoren changed from a pure product manufacturer to a full-service provider. Together with the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, Dunkermotoren will again present a nexofox showcase at the trade fair stand in 2022.

A special highlight at the trade fair will be a highly dynamic 4-axis handling system, which was developed in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). The main component is a gantry system consisting of various ServoTube modules. These systems are used in the medical sector, especially for laboratory activities. From material handling to pick-and-place applications, from liquids to solids, whether human or animal tissue - the range of possible application areas is enormous. In addition to the gantry systems, Dunkermotoren is also known in the medical sector for high-quality, customized solutions - maximally flexible due to the modular system, even in small series.

Dunkermotoren's sister company MAE convinces with a complete re-design of stepper motors - made in Europe, combined with gears, encoders and electronics within the modular system.

EGS Automation has released a new product range in 2022. One part of it are the SUMO automation systems. They are a well thought-out and field-tested, and can be used in many applications and industrial sectors. The systems are suitable for various applications in the metal and plastics industry for process automation.
